Responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure a safe and compliant workplace.
Qualification and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field is mandatory.
Experience:
At least 2-3 years of experience in HSE roles within the construction sectors.
Proven experience in the implementation, management, and documentation of HSE policies and procedures in both industries.
Experience in conducting risk assessments, site audits, and incident investigations.
Skills:
1. Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and safety standards.
2. Excellent documentation and reporting skills with an ability to prepare detailed and accurate records.
3. Proficiency in HSE software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
6. Sound understanding of health and safety legislation in the UAE.
Certifications:
1. Dubai Driving License
2. OSHA Certificate
3. NEBOSH, IGC-International General Certificate or equivalent is essential.
4. Other relevant certifications such as First Aid, Fire Safety are a plus.
