Key Responsibilities:
1. Align HR initiatives with business goals across all properties within the cluster.
2. Contribute to the development and execution of the overall HR strategy.
3. Oversee the recruitment process for all properties in the cluster and collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
4. Identify training needs and implement learning programs for employees etc.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field Masters or MBA preferred.
2. Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role overseeing multi-property or cluster operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
3. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices. Ability to work independently across multiple hotel properties.
4. Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data-driven HR reporting.
