One of the reputed groups of companies in Dubai is looking for an HR Manager.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification should be Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or equivalent degree in any discipline.
Must have 7-10 years of working experience as an HR Manager in the UAE.
Should have hands-on experience in handling MS Office and HR software.
Must be capable of leading a team of HR executives and PRO personnel.
Should have thorough knowledge of Labor laws and HR rules, and regulations for employees.
Must have complete and updated knowledge of Immigration and Labor Laws, to supervise the PRO team in the office.
Must be capable of handling new manpower requirements, starting from recruitment till the joining of the employee.
Should be able to design Job descriptions for existing and newcomer candidates.
Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
