One of the reputed companies in Dubai is looking for a Logistics cum Accounts Executive to oversee and facilitate the companys supply chain operations. An accounting background will be preferred.
The candidate should have communication and negotiation skills and also be well-versed in supply management principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
2. Recruit and coordinate logistics companies according to availability and requirements.
3. Supervise orders and arrange the stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs.
4. Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
5. Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
6. Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
7. Prepare accurate reports for upper management. Price Negotiation skills with suppliers.
8. Improve sales margins and reduce costs.
Education Required:
Bachelor Degree
Experience Required:
5-6 Years
Gulf Experience:
3-4 Years
