Required a Human Resource Specialist for one of the reputed companies in the UAE.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment and onboarding
3. In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa, and work permit procedures
4. Proficient in HR software and recruitment platforms or processes
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. CIPD, SHRM, or PHRi certification is an advantage
7. Strong Personality with excellent decision-making and people management skills.
8. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and involvement in quality system implementation
