Job Summary:
Oversee and manage human resources functions for our cleaning and hospitality services company. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations within the industry.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least three years of HR management experience in cleaning, hospitality, or a related industry.
2. Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment strategies, and HR best practices
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR software. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
