Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and On-boarding: Posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, on-boarding new hires.
2. Employee Records: Maintaining accurate HR files and databases.
3. Attendance and Leave Management: Monitoring attendance systems, managing leave applications.
4. Payroll Support: Assisting with salary processing and benefits administration.
5. Compliance: Ensuring company HR practices align with labor laws.
6. Employee Engagement: Supporting company culture, wellness programs, and employee satisfaction initiatives.
7. Policy Enforcement: Communicating and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and time-management abilities
2. Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR software. Discretion and confidentiality
3. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
4. Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Gulf Experience:
3-4 Years
