Job Role Summary:
1. Organize and approve all staff leave including annual leave, sickness and maternity or paternity.
2. Ensure effective communication between departments and proactive resolution of staff concerns.
3. Positively reinforce company policies and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Hands-on HR operational approach. Exceptional knowledge of employee relations.
2. Manage recruitment cycle. Conflict resolution skills.
3. Comprehensive understanding of MOHRE, UAE Labour Laws, and TWAFOUQ complaints management.
4. Handle all on and off-boarding.
5. Bachelors degree educated.
6. Minimum 2 years HR experience.
7. Confident English communicator with excellent conflict resolution ability.
8. Proficient in IT database management and Excel.
9. Knowledge of Employee Master HRM Systems.
10. Current Visa Status: Visit or Cancelled ONLY
