One of the reputed real estate companies in Dubai is looking for an HR Manager.
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3–5 years in HR, with proven experience recruiting real estate agents.
3. Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market and agent expectations is a plus.
4. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and visa regulations.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Highly organized, results-driven, and a natural multitasker.
7. Experience in a fast-growing or high-pressure environment is preferred.
