Required a Strategic Human Resource Manager for one of the reputed Architecture companies in Dubai.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, Masters degree preferred.
2. Professional HR certification, e.g., CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, is an added advantage.
3. Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic HR leadership role.
4. In-depth knowledge of UAE labor law, HR compliance, and best practices.
5. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
6. Proven ability to lead change, influence leadership, and drive people-centered strategies.
